Dirt accumulated on the surface of the conveyor belt and -equipment is currently mainly removed by hand washing. Our design and development has resulted in offering a complete family (different sizes) of conveying equipment consisting of modular elements including a cleaning device. During theconstruction phase the cleaning-disinfection method can be easily assembled.

OUR SOLUTION ENABLES COMPLEX CLEANING WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF CLEANING THE CONVEYING SURFACE BETWEEN PRODUCTION SHIFTS AND DURING DOWNTIME.

During the development and planning we received recommendations from the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering Design Group), which resulted in conveyor equipment that is very easy to clean economically.
